He joined LSG Insurance (formerly Lombard International Singapore) in May 2017 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Brokerage Operations, as well as a member of the Group Executive Committee in April 2022. Before assuming this position, Shaun held several senior roles within the regional organization, including Executive Director and Deputy CEO.

As CEO, Shaun is responsible for leading the on-the-ground Singapore brokerage operations, including sales and business development teams and operations, serving the needs of the wider region while partnering with industry-leading financial institutions and international insurance carriers. Shaun's previous experience includes serving in various positions at Credit Suisse, Citibank, and Standard Chartered Bank. Before joining Lombard International Asia, he worked at Charles Monat Associates Singapore as an Executive Director.

Prior to joining Lombard International Asia, she served as Associate Director - Middle Office at international broker Charles Monat Associates. Her invaluable experience in the industry has been instrumental to her appointment as Head of Operations at Lombard International Asia in 2019, where she oversees the coordination and functions of various teams, including Finance, Human Resources, Due Diligence, and Operations. Vion’s exceptional ability to develop, service, and strengthen relationships with channel parties has earned her a reputation as a trusted and effective leader. Her unwavering commitment to maintaining productivity and accuracy has ensured that both Asia offices continue to operate efficiently under her guidance.

Jennifer is a dedicated insurance professional with a strong track record of building and managing successful businesses in Greater China and Asia. She joined Miller Hong Kong (later MHK insurance services) in 2009 as Director and General Manager, where she led her team to build an impressive portfolio of business and establish cooperative relationships with clients.

Before joining Miller, Jennifer served as Treaty Underwriter at Swiss Re for the Southeast Asia region, where she gained valuable experience in underwriting and a deep understanding of the industry. She also served as Deputy General Manager at HSBC (Asia-Pacific), where she was responsible for the Asia-Pacific reinsurance broking business, further solidifying her expertise in the industry.

Prior to joining Lombard International Asia, he held various senior positions in leading private banks such as HSBC, BNP Paribas, ICBC, and CMB, where he gained a deep understanding of both onshore and offshore wealth planning tools in China.

Leopold Yan is a dynamic professional with a richly diverse background that spans across multiple countries. Born in China and raised in Singapore, he cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural diversity from a young age. Leopold embarked on his academic journey in the United Kingdom, where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Sheffield before furthering his education with a Master's degree from King's College London.

With a solid foundation in compliance, Leopold has honed his skills in ensuring regulatory adherence and ethical practices. His expertise in this field has recently led him to transition into the insurance industry, where he specializes in crafting customized solutions to meet the unique needs of his clients.

Petri is an international tax lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in international tax and wealth planning. He has worked with top firms such as PwC, EY, and independent law firms, providing tax and cross-border strategies, succession planning, and other related services to Ultra High Net Worth (“HNW”) family-owned businesses. As one of the world's foremost experts in Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI), Petri has successfully helped numerous Ultra HNW families and their companies plan their legacies and achieve their wealth management goals. Prior to joining LSG Insurance, he founded and led a successful tax and wealth planning firm in Europe for 15 years, personally advising hundreds of clients on the use of PPLI structures worth several billion euros. Fluent in English and Finnish, Petri is a valuable addition to the LSG team.
