Jay Schreibman serves as President of the organization.  An agency principal, he joined LSG in 1987.  His specialty is life and health insurance, and he holds expertise in a variety of areas, including employee benefits, consultation and compliance administration; large, non-qualified, deferred compensation; tier one automotive manufacturing; aviation; professional liability; large real estate; financial institutions; as well with mergers and acquisitions. He founded the firm's benefits division, offering a total scope of employee benefit consulting services, brokerage, administration and placement to mid-sized local, regional and national clients. Jay devotes personal time to a number of healthcare and non-profit organizations.
